You displayed a hotel on your website available for booking knowing full well that the hotel does not accept online bookings anymore, getting to the hotel for checking in and the hotel Receptionist rejects the booking saying they do not accept online bookings anymore. Yet your company is holding back my money, for what reason?? This is fraud.
I need a refund of my payment. I don't see any reason why my payment should not be refunded.

It did not meet our expectations at all, on the road no packing space , security not present , it’s not an hotel but an hostel. Money was deducted without refund. We couldn’t sleep there had to look for an hotel. It was a worst experience,my wife and my son were wondering how I got to book such a place. I had no such experience before in my life. It was a robbery.
