Beautiful property! Very clean and staff was amazing

Right from the start the staff was helpful. Room was large, quiet and clean. The only downfall was the windows faced the open lobby and light spilled around the curtains. The rooms had and electronic system that noticies the staff of do not distrub or clean my room. Pool is small, ut the salt water is cool and refreshing. Use the bath slippers provided by the hotel or bring flip flops or sandles because the pool deck gets hot. Located with in 15 walking min of all the sites.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is very well located in the old city center.

Excellent all around

As five star hotels go this one was not amazing To explain the staff were 5 star bathroom was 5star location also however the bedroom left a lot to be desired Yes I booked the entry level room at over €300 per night for room only! and got a room that was described as internal The website said all premium rooms had a city view Our room had no windows .it had a sliding door to a tiny outdoor space that if one looked up the sky was visible and it felt really claustrophobic As for breakfast at €23 per head this was poor value The buffet was sparse and the to order menu which seemed good on paper was not good quality The pancakes were very grainy and bland There was almost no fruit available even at 8 am The choice of cold cuts was uninspiring Other Vinci hotels that I have stayed in were a much higher standard

Excellent service and convenient location

Clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, modern design esthetic. Restaurant was good. Friendly staff and walkable to many sites. Mattresses are too firm but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We booked this property at last minute, and we were very nicely welcomed and accommodated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very large and had a private patio. We were only staying one night and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't use that feature. The room was very clean with nice amenities. We liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. The double sink was also very nice. The linens, towels and bed were very nice. Some small updates would make a big difference. The only thing we had an issue with was the placement and functionality of the very large television. You could not tilt it to view from the bed and the remote control didn't work. We did get new batteries, but it still didn't work properly. It seemed like a smart TV and had the "casting" option, but it didn't work. Not a big deal for some, but it is for us. It was fine for us for one night. Again the staff made the experience an exceptional one.

Was amazing property short walk from all the sights. Highly recommend. Service was friendly and impeccable.

Very nice rooms, amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They offered to park the car for us which is simply great service as parking in Seville is not easy

Lovely stay with great hosts and facilities. We celebrating my wives birthday and the hotel was very accommodating leaving us some treats.
