Noisy neighborhood made the stay and especially sleeping very inconfortable

The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise. The hotel is easily deserving of 5 stars, both the staff and facilities. The terrace restaurant is superb and used by non residents and residents alike so worth stopping by even if for just a cocktail. The staff could not be more friendly and very respectful and professional across the board. Parking is available off site, and it is valet parked for you so can drive up to the hotel to unload and returned at the end of your stay.

Amazing location, great staff, hotel is beautiful.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the first moment we checked-in to the check-out we were amazed with the quality of the staff and service, the food at the rooftop restaurant, the rooms, the pool... pretty much everything. We highly recommend it.

Room very small, not even close to the picture on their web. I could not even open my luggage around the bed, not enough space. Although the location is excellent, I would definitely NOT suggest this hotel.

Amazing smaller boutique hotel.

The hotel is amazing as you would expect with a 5* rating. Very welcoming and friendly staff with a glass of bubbly on arrival. Breakfast was a la carte and delicious.

The staff are really friendly but lack professionalism on dietary requirements. Although cleanliness of the sleeping and bathroom area and generally overall was good the room with a hot tub was disappointing as the water had an awful stench and we were unable to tolerate it to even get in, as it caused my skin to be irritated by just testing it on my hand. Breakfast was nice but not we had a few mishaps by being served food that we don’t eat even after notifying the staff of our prohibited diet. But overall lovely hotel in the central part of the city. Making it easy to reach most places on foot.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional, extremely kind and professional. The front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff all made my stay comfortable and fun. I highly recommend the breakfast, and the free afternoon drinks/snack! Rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. Great location with the majority of the Sevilla sites and great restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property! Very clean and staff was amazing

Right from the start the staff was helpful. Room was large, quiet and clean. The only downfall was the windows faced the open lobby and light spilled around the curtains. The rooms had and electronic system that noticies the staff of do not distrub or clean my room. Pool is small, ut the salt water is cool and refreshing. Use the bath slippers provided by the hotel or bring flip flops or sandles because the pool deck gets hot. Located with in 15 walking min of all the sites.
