Room size was too small, the bed sheets had an awful smell, it was a pitcher of water that looks dirty, for the price we paid, at least give us bottle water.

Central location on a quiet street. We were treated like friends and family by friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Being eco-friendly was a big bonus. Pretty views of the city from the patio and from the roof garden.

Happiness is finding a hotel that is charming, clean, and friendly, and run by real and caring people. The area around the hotel is safe for walking, with a good selection of restaurants. The hotel breakfast in the garden is so wonderful!

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a huge group of males guests staying at the hotel which was uncomfortable as a sole, single female traveler. This was out of the control of the staff however, I felt the need to have my shades/windows closed in order to have privacy making the room fill very small and dark.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Arbol de Fuego! It was our first time staying in El Salvador so we were not sure what to expect. The environment was peaceful and there wee several garden areas that surrounded us in trees and flowering plants. The traditional breakfast was delicious. The service and friendliness of all the staff was outstanding. The Arbol de Fuego will be our home every time we visit San Salvador in the future.

Facilities were great and service excellent. Definitely recommend tíos hotel to anyone.

A clean and neat hotel with beautiful plants, flowers, banana and mango trees and water features in the courtyard breakfast area, good selection of breakfasts.

I had a great stay at the Arbol de Fuego Eco-Hotel. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the wifi was good, and the breakfast was fresh and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful asking for taxis and other amenities. Antiguo Cuscatlan, the neighborhood where the hotel is, has a nice central square with a weekend market. Highly recommended
