Excellent Staff were very helpful

The room was clean but with basic facilities. The bath was broken at one end and dirty ( I reported that on my arrival ). The reception staff were really nice and tried their best to accommodate. However, one of the female cleaner had an attitude problem. Actually I read this on other people's review before my booking and I didn't take it seriously, but she was such rude that I had to complain about her. The location is excellent.

初めての利用者は受付が分かりにくい。 台所のキッチン用具持って行かなくても良い位細かく揃っている。 　受付、ガードマンの客への応対が良く、開放感と安心感 が伺える。

中心部にあるため夜通し大音量の音楽が流れます。施設はちょっと古く子供たちは嫌がりました。次は違う場所を選択したいと思います
