The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Let us use the facilities early, whilst we waited for our room and check in time, as we arrived in the morning.Also allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out due to our late flight back to the UK. Excellent service all round, the hotel itself is super quirky, really well appointed and had everything we could have asked for. Loved the whole vibe here, we will definitely be returning!! 5 stars A+++++

Great venue for a weekend away

Great property, very clean

More of a motel vibe, but that is the point of the hotel. Very clean and modern, pool area is fantastic. Staff was great.

Lovely hotel, very instragrammable. It’s great if you’re wanting a quieter pool which we enjoyed, however the music by the pool was in theme with the hotel but should have been more current and ‘Ibiza’. Aircon in our wasn’t great.

El hotel es increíble, la decoración està súper conseguida y es chulísima, es súper buena idea que puedas ir a todas las piscinas del grupo de hoteles porque están al lado y cada uno es especial (seguro que volvemos para quedarnos en Los felices), todo el mundo que trabaja allí es super majo y se acuerda de ti, la comida del restaurante (sobre todo el desayuno) buenisisiisisisima, la piscina y el ambiente es maravilloso para descansar, en la wedding chapel de noche salen fotazas. Un 10! Me hubiera quedado un mes allí.
