The best part of my stay eas the staff - they were incrredibly helpful.

Great location. Staff was very accommodating. Upgraded to modern wing which was a huge upgrade. Breakfast was ok at best. Overall, very satisfied. I would return.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay more than perfect! The hotel and property is so pretty and well kept! Nina, the general manager and her staff took care of every little details to make our weekend gateway a dream! I will come back to Cuenca just to stay here again. Thank you again for everything!

Excellent location

Lovely Boutique hotel in the centre of Cuenca. Within walking distance off many lovely sightseeing spots. Service was great and staff was so friendly. We had breakfast and parking included in our stay and this was a great perk. Over the weekend they have a lovely buffet breakfast. During the week it is a la cart that is not as wow as the buffet but still very good. The coffee was nice and strong and the ambience you can’t beat. Gardens are so welcoming. The products used in the rooms as shampoo and creams are l’occitane so really high quality. Make sure to spend some time in the common areas where you can enjoy the full beauty of this old historical house.

The staff was amazing, all of them very attentive, the hotel looked very clean, vintage and comfortable.

Just a one night stay to do some holiday shopping.

A very special place , great hospitality ! The restaurant and food could be better unfortunately we didn't have a good experience in the Bistro Restaurant.
