Great hotel in a great location. The receptionists are amazing and made my check-in seem less. The rooms are very clean, the only downside is that the bathroom is too small and there's no space to seat on the toilet pot.

The service and staff is really great! Hotel could really use an upgrade and some tune up especially with the air conditioning systems. But my stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Premium service!

Busy location

I would have rated it better but for the occasional roaches and power issues at arrival. The staff were very helpful with ensuring my experience was not mares

As Douala has no good hotel this is so far the best choice in Douala. The breakfast was quite limited. The airco worked well. The bed quality was ok.

David is the best bellman I've met so far in my life. Very impressed by this hotel. This is, in my opinion the best hotel by far in douala. I'll make sure, all my friends and family in Houston know about this hotel. My only issue was the Wi-Fi as I couldn't get any on my first night. I had call down to get informations in how to access the Wi-Fi. I'll be better and more satisfacting if the front desk could provide this information during check-in process.
