The customer service staff was attentive and quick, and they always responded to messages immediately, which left a very good impression. The location is right next to the water bus, and most of the attractions are within walking distance. The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is cool, and there are many restaurants around.

Great location, attentive staff, very clean and well appointed rooms. The location is central with easy walking access to superior dining, shopping and major attractions. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will likely stay again on future trips.

Small 8 room boutique hotel on the Grand Canal about 150’ from the Rialto Bridge. Very “Venetian” in decor - lots of brocades, glass chandeliers, gold insets etc. We loved it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Water taxis taken care of on arrival at the train station and departure to the airport. Very efficient. Upgraded to an extra large king bed which was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was served to order in a cute little room overlooking the Grand Canal. Would definitely return.

Such a nice hotel that felt right in the middle of Venice. Family of four and booked a corner suite that had king bed and queen foldout couch. Loved the decor and close to Rialto bridge as well as ferry stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and areas were very clean. No restaurant but they do offer breakfast service if you order ahead the night before. Great option for check out morning but didn’t try it. They do also have an elevator which is helpful with luggage. The suite we booked had large bathroom with lots of space. Would recommend staying here.

Being a boutique hotel there were only 8 rooms and was situated on the Grand Canal about 150’ from the Rialto Bridge. The property is very “Venetian-glass chandeliers, brocade bed covers, walls etc”We loved its uniqueness. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was served in a little room overlooking the Grand Canal….was fun watching all the boat traffic.

Fantastic location and building.

Lovely staying a boutique hotel and n the grand canal. Next to private and public water transport options. Very convenient. We upgraded to a canal view room which was well worth it. Great bed and good shower, though a bit small. Fantastic and friendly staff. Sumptuous and delicious breakfast too. Grazie ego boutique!

I visited Venice overnight while I was traveling in Florence. I booked a night at EGO and had a lovely stay. The location is perfect - it’s on the Grand Canal right next to the Rialto bridge. It’s ultra easy to get to from the Venice train station - just a short water taxi ride. The room was very comfortable with nice bath products. It was clean and quiet. The hotel staff were so nice and generous with their advice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Venice.

Was a great hotel if u have the money! It's location is perfect on the Grand canal and close to the Rialto bridge! Its very noisy at night if you leave the windows open! No a/c . The hotel brought us ice every night! Had a great time!

First time in Venice, booked this property randomly. Literally the most ideal location, close to everything and also the heart of Venice - realto. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel and staff were spectacular and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Elegant and beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We had a king size bed and a sofa bed for a family of 4. We had a great stay and it was right on the Grand Canal by Rialto Bridge.

Great location, friendly staff, personal attention, quirky comfortable room. Breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge was a big treat. I hope to visit again!
