The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Both security guards were cheerful and provided excellent support to guests. My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay here.

Okay for just a place to sleep. But the cleanliness of the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets needs a lot of improvement. They were unclean, had holes, and were wrinkled. The staff was okay, not bad, and the service was good for a hotel at this price. Breakfast was okay if you could eat it, but the rest wasn't very appetizing. There's a water dispenser, but no free manicures or pedicures. Only one person per day gets a hair wash, and it's just a wash and blow-dry. The location is within walking distance to clothing stores, a fun walk. The WiFi signal is very weak on higher floors. The good thing is there's an elevator and hot water in both the shower and sink. Improving the linens and laundry would be great. There aren't enough pillows; it's difficult for people who sleep on their side.

Strategic location, close to everywhere, many places can be reached on foot, ordering Grab is also easy.

Stay 2 nights and get free hair washing but it's a bit perfunctory :)))

New hotel, convenient, good price, friendly

I swear this is the worst hotel in the center of District 1 I've ever seen 1. I booked 2 rooms: 1 room with air conditioner not working - 1 room with air conditioner leaking 2. The receptionist was rude. When I complained, they argued 3. The room was not clean, they moved me to another room because of the air conditioner problem. However, they did not clean the room: the refrigerator still had the old customers' glasses of water intact 4. The food here is terrible: the beef stinks - not fresh 5. Other hotels change the bed sheets every day - here they say they only change them once every 3 days. You should consider the hygiene and cleanliness here After complaining, the receptionist promised me that the manager would contact me, but until I checked out, there was still no call I swear this is a terrible hotel - and you should not come here to have an unsatisfactory experience from both the service and the staff I booked a room for 3 days. Spent a lot of money but the service was terrible I also booked a room and paid for it, but even the receptionist had a bad attitude. No apology. Passing the buck 1 star for both the service and the staff. Too bad

This was the room when i was checking in…. Well first of all i travel alot plus im a pretty well known local guide in phu quoc i been to almost every 5 star resort and stuff but i was comings back to ho chi minh for like 1 day just needed a place near the korean embassy. So i booked here the check in time with them are 2Pm and thats cool i left my stuff at the hotel front desk and head for luch it was around 11:00 am then i came back at 3:30 pm and i was checking in the room was a mess then the staff down in the front desk got mad at the house keeping lady small old lady look like she around 40 to 50 arguing in-front of me the house keeping lady don’t listen saying the room is clean i was standing right there with this picture. Then they changed my room for me with a NICE security guard helping me to my new room it was occupied:))) holy hell what a ride. Never coming back plus i smoked in the room and got charged 1,000,000 VND WELL MY FAULT i should have smoke 2 more lmao

Good recommendation is the atmosphere and area.

I booked a room for 2 nights here but when I checked in, the room was not cleaned: the bed sheets and towels had not been changed, the chairs were too dusty and peeling. This made me feel very uncomfortable right from the moment I checked in. In addition, I tried to contact the reception but no one answered the phone, and I called the hotline but I did not get timely support. In addition, the lobby area was under repair that day, it was both dusty and wet, making it inconvenient for guests to move around. I hope the hotel improves the room cleaning process and provides better customer support, especially in preparing rooms before check-in.

I would say this was a great value hotel until new owners took over in the last few days of my stay. New owners suddenly jacked up the price to double what I was paying previously during my almost 4 week stay. Very disappointing considering I was only staying 3 more days. If the new prices are a reflection of this hotel going forward, they are now overpriced.

The hotel's location is very strategic, because it is in District 1, close to Benh Tanh Market, Saigon Square, Saigon Center

The Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to use the internet. The TV didn’t have any regular channels, and there was no access to YouTube or Netflix. Quite disappointing.

Room is ok but bathroom smells a bit. Phone in room doesn't work even though I called support staff but the situation didn't improve.

The hotel is centrally located, reasonable price, every time I go to Saigon I choose this hotel, the facilities are ok but some rooms don't have hot water, please remember to check and report back.

This is a very good choice for your stay in Ho Chi Minh. Great value. Recommended.
