Regarding your booking, we would like to clarify as follows: although you have made a booking through the system, the person who checked in at the accommodation is not the person whose name is listed in the booking information. In this case, the accommodation conditions are not guaranteed due to inconsistent information.
Immediately after discovering the discrepancy, our staff politely explained the situation and gave you specific instructions on how to change the booking information so that you can check in properly. However, we regret that you did not follow the instructions, and during the discussion, used disrespectful and inappropriate words when responding to the staff, although we always maintain a polite, professional attitude and goodwill to support.
