It’s good location, nice swimming pool. It’s semi indoor. I was hoping to be able to take away my breakfast but the staff told me only allowed to eat in resto area. In other hotel it’s allowed to have take away breakfast that they wrap it by the kitchen.

The hotel is strategically located, the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is maintained. I'd definitely come back here if I ever visit Batam.

even though the pool is small, but it's suitable for kids... the room is nice and clean, you get 5 soft pillows. There are a lot of BF, the taste is just ordinary.

3rd time staying here 😍 so definitely very satisfied 👍 clean, fragrant hotel, friendly staff, going to the mall is also close (Grand Batam Mall, Nagoya Hill, Nagoya Thamrin City, Bcs Mall), there are lots of choices for breakfast, the croissants are the best. I think it's really delicious 😍.

Hotelnya bagus dan masih tergolong baru. Hanya saja saat check-in, resepsionis tidak menanyakan preferensi kamar smoking atau non-smoking meskipun saya sudah mencantumkan bahwa saya mau kamar non-smoking di aplikasi. Saya langsung dikasih kamar smoking dan saya minta tukar. Awalnya resepsionis beralasan semua kamar penuh, dan saya tetap minta kamar non-smoking. Akhirnya diberikan kamar non-smoking di lantai 6 setelah menunggu 5 menit. Jadi kalau Anda punya preferensi, lebih baik dicek sebelum Anda ke kamar untuk check in.
