Location is good as there are many restaurants, convenient stores all within walking distance. 15 min drive to Awana Skyway & Bus Terminal. The property also is in good condition.

It's pretty good for that price, but the check-in staff should be friendlier.

Good residence, as expected, professional

First, we were so worried about staying on this hotel because it has so many of bad reviews. However here's the aftermaths of our 2 days and one night stays. The check-in and check out: The staff are so kind! It is quite smooth process, there is a deposit RM 200 better to use cash so you can get right away after check out. The location: it is located in very strategic complex where it has all the things you need from local cafes, laundry until convenient store. There is a short cut/bridge to go to those place in level 5. Please don't get confused and lost, because there is also Geo Hotel next to this Geo38 residence. Maple Home which has offline staff and small lobby. Room facilities: We stayed in deluxe suite room. Everything is provided as described and there was no bad odour too. However, the washing machine was a abit hard to turn on, but the IT staff taught us. The electric stove has a problem too. The water in westafel has a bit of clorine smell. Breakfast: We had free breakfast with only has 3-5 ala carte options but it tastes good! Last day, we had a minimalist buffet but taste fine too. Thanks PULSE cafe team! Fun fact: We were surprised that the Sun rises after 7 a.m and sun sets after 7 p.m. too. One night, we barely see everything outside our room because it is totally misty and foggy with super cold air. Overall, worth the money.

The right choice for a staycation with family

The hotel is not at the top but it is quite comfortable and very satisfied.. the price is worth it.. very comfortable.. the facilities in the room are all complete. will repeat again..

The place is awesome. Very reasonable price, and the staff very friendly. The deposit will be MYR200, but you get it back on the spot while checking out.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and mini markets. Use your access card to get through the Geo Hotel and Resort. This way you don't have to go around to go to the restaurant or eating area. Weather is cold. Room is super clean. Laundry and dryer works well. Kitchen is superb, got all the cooking utensils. Would be back here when in Genting

Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Genting. Nothing to complain about.

My second stay here, the room is big enough for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms. Although it's far, take Grab again if you want to go to Genting Skyworld, no problem, it's very cheap, it's only 20-30K. Very nice place, I like it.

Family vacation. I stayed for two nights in a two-bedroom suite. Complete facilities, comfortable, plenty of food nearby, and affordable prices. I'll definitely be back.

everything was good except the sound proof. it was in high floor and when sport cars and motors speeding, the sound was so near. the room was just exactly infront of zus coffee. those who familiar with that area, you know lah what ppl is doing there. excessibility was easy. second car park need to pay rm15. 3 rooms is clean and big also. bed condition was ok. bathroom is ok. this unit balcony view is suprb good. the wifi is not so good, end up used back self data. overall, me and my family was have a good night in this unit. thanks.

The room is nice, complete facilities available, washing machine that can dry clothes, there are many places around that sell food.
