It's sad with the condition of the cleanliness of the room, the sheets seem not to be replaced, the air conditioner doesn't function optimally and many bathroom facilities are no longer suitable for use. Please fix it so that customers are not disappointed even though the location is very strategic

The staff is not very friendly, there are many people who are not clear whether they are women or men who come in and out without any reason. The lighting is very dark and scary.

Just checked in, the water was off, there was no compensation from the hotel, I asked for a bucket of water, but they still didn't provide it. The hotel TV had no TV channels, it couldn't be used. The bathroom smelled.

Kondisi kamar gak sesuai dengan foto. Linen-nya kotor, nggak tau apakah sudah dicuci atau bekas pake. Toilet-nya juga dalam kondisi tidak layak pakai, tidak ada toilet seat cover. Saya tidak jadi check in.

AC tidak dingin, kamar tidak ada ventilasi dan bau rokok pekat, air panas bermasalah yaitu tidak bisa diatur sehingga air yang mengalir dari shower-bidet-wastafel semua panas (bayangkan kalau kamu lagi keramas lalu airnya panas semua), ada satu kamar di 209 malah showernya nggak ada. Cukuplah menjadi pengalaman yang terakhir, semoga bisa menjadi evaluasi.

Terkaget-kaget karena foto jauh dari kenyataan. Menakutkan, karena waktu itu bawa anak-anak. Kamarnya seperti kamar-kamar buat perbuatan tidak baik. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan buat penginapan. Ya untung bisa refund, kalo gak, bisa saya tuntut!
