The location is really good. I often stay at Taman Anggrek Residence. Unfortunately, I didn't get parking, but it's okay, it's still around 4 thousand per hour. In terms of facilities, the residence itself is really good, there is a gym, swimming pool, the public facilities are okay. The problem is that the unit is rented by a less than okay tenant. Drinking water is not provided. The place is dirty, there is still trash left by the previous occupant, the AC in 1 room is hot, fortunately the one in the living room is cold so you can still open the door, the refrigerator is broken, only the freezer can be used. Take and return the key, all charged to the renter, even though usually it can be put in a locker. Fortunately, the bed is still sleepable. The bed is just right. Not too soft, not too hard. Well, it's enough if you still get a promo price from the app

The first time I stayed there, I was in a bad mood, because the room was really bad, it turned out there was no signal, maybe because we got the top room. What was even worse was that the wifi in the room didn't work, and the TV didn't work either. I wanted to cry and brought 2 kids who were even more cranky, I couldn't watch TV, I couldn't even give them my phone because the wifi and signal were bad, until we wanted to go home, another hour later the wifi worked and it was gone. It was useless. Just imagine, we wanted to go on vacation and watch a movie together in the room but we were in a bad mood. Because it was useless, it was also difficult to WA the owner, I was really tired, I swear, while staying in this room.

It was so dusty, my body was itchy even though I had only been in for a few minutes. Are you sure you want to use a mattress with someone else's used sheets? Is that pee? Or sperm? Are you sure you want to sit on that sofa? I'm going straight out and not staying overnight. Thank you for making my rest impossible

Lampu kamar mandi mati semua, begitu juga dengan exhaust. Setelah dilaporkan ke staf apartemen, bukan pagi atau siang diperbaikinya, tetapi dijanjikan sore, sprei banyak rambut, berarti pakai sprei bekas.

The apartment is okay, fits and is the same as the photo and is located on the 57th floor. One area with Taman Anggrek Mall, but this is the new tower, not the old one. Can access the swimming pool too. There is a parking fee, but it's still okay with the apartment rental price which is affordable because it has 2 rooms. Suitable for families. What makes me happy is because the management is also very honest and very helpful. My earring was lost next to it and I'm sure it fell in the apartment, I really helped find it and I'll let you know again. Helped until I could take the earrings again. Thank you very much Mr. Abdul. Very pleasant, the apart is clean, smells good and the view is good. Just walk to Taman Anggrek Mall, only the AC in the middle is leaking, AC water is pouring everywhere. Overall ok.

Like cutlery is lacking for 4 people staying, the faucet in the kithcen set is not there (a bit troublesome if you have to wash cooking and eating utensils), there is no gallon water and the dispenser.
