for the soap shampoo, it's not paid attention, there's only 1 bottle of 2in1 and it's only half full. there are still stains on the sheets. The AC is not cold enough. the check in process is easy

quite satisfied with the hotel service, the staff are friendly, helpful, the room is OK, clean, the TV works well, so far it is comfortable to stay there, access to everywhere is also easy, near Botania Square mall, there are many coffee shops around the hotel, places to eat too, the location is strategic

The hotel's location is very strategic, <500m walk to Bogor Botanical Gardens. Yesterday I stayed on the 6th floor so I got a really nice city view. Unfortunately, the hotel is not very soundproof.
