The hotel is conveniently located just steps from the Dubai metro, which makes it very convenient. The rooms were very clean, and every day they left us bottles of water. The housekeeper was very attentive to my room, 3006, which had an incredible view from the 30th floor.

Customer service was terrible and charged tax money more than it was showing at the booking time.

It was very good experience! Special things to all staff !

Near metro, 2 bedroom suite is huge!. Needs to add more elevator

MAHMOUD the duty manager went out of his way to make sure my room was clean, when i cecked in i had to change my room due to the fact was dirt, Housekeeping they did not do a great jon in cleanning always something missing , carpet not clean. not enough towels , etc...Bell staff were great ...

Hotel was great, Can definitely say it is a busy hotel. Metro station within walking distance was definitely a plus for our trip and very easy to understand. Checking in did take some time but once everything situated we was able to get our correct room.

Easy to access l, nice views of Dubai. Hotel room service was really poor. Only provided one towel for 4 people in bedroom apartment with two toilets. Never cleaned the room and next day when room was serviced they took all the towel away and when asked it took them nearly two hours to find and provide the towels.

It was an awesome experience living at Mercure. The rooms were massive. The view from our 38th floor was amazing. However we did face a few problems with room service for ex when asked for a few things it took a very long time to be delivered. The rugs in the room were never vacuumed. I’m sure if we asked they would have done it right away but it’s something that should be done anyway.

Overall pleasant stay. Great breakfast options. 24 Hours Market, Pharmacy, Doctor on Call, Day & Night Restaurant, Cafe, Trip Planner, Car Rental, Small Prayer Area, Elevator wait too long, however there are 5 Per Floor. Go up if down taking a while. Taxi & Private Taxi on-site. Walking distance to Restaurants, Mosque, Train Station Etc. Bathtub leaks water around. Sofas not very clean. Helpful staff overall.

Está muy bien localizado, al lado de una estación de metro. Las suites son super espaciosas y lindas, las camas son super cómodas, el personal es excelente, tienes muchísimos servicios y tiendas. Solo deben mejorar en la limpieza y en tener toallas disponibles.

Strongly recommend. Will go again if have chance to go to Dubai. Excellent location and swimming pool. Kids love it.

We booked a Prestige Suite Room 3120. There was nothing prestige about it. The room was dusty, floors were not clean, sofas, rugs, and tables were stained, both bathrooms had no hand soap, had to beg and wait for room essentials such as body towels, water from the shower was leaking out towards the toilet and sink, service was very slow (had to wait 30-45 minutes for towels and iron/ironing board), they would remove used towels from the room during service and never replace them, the lifts were not working (my wife was stuck in an elevator between two floors for at least 30 minutes), light bulbs in the room were burned out and never replaced even after bringing it to the attention of the service staff, on the last day of our stay there was no hot water in the sink or shower, apparently a water pipe broke on the 9th floor, and many things in the room were loose and/or broken. The only positive of this hotel is the grand breakfast buffet and the Metro being within walking distance. My family and I did not enjoy our stay. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Nothing is of 4 star worth. I would not recommend this hotel even if they offered me free stays.

I stay here a lot and generally am very happy however this stay service was extremely poor-had to request clean towels every day, old towels taken but not replaced, no drinking water each day, had to request Very disappointing
