Enthusiastic support regardless of any problem. Breakfast at the hotel is not too diverse but it is delicious. However, the soundproofing on the first floor is not good even though it is near many common living areas outside. When someone comes to check in early in the morning and is noisy, they are not intervened and reminded promptly. Overall, the most memorable experience is with the staff here, the room space is beautiful and airy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but quiet, suitable for those who like to rest and relax. The rooms are clean, spacious, and airy. There is a large swimming pool, breakfast is not diverse but delicious.

Clean and beautiful room, friendly and enthusiastic staff, highly appreciate the security guard who always takes care of the guests wholeheartedly, the food is not to my taste, probably because I'm from the North, but it's okay because I'm quite easy going when it comes to food. I like staying here. When I come to Hoi An, I will continue to book a room at the hotel.

The room is clean and ok, but the bathroom is a bit small and the soundproofing is extremely poor so it's not suitable for new couples. You can hear every sound from outside when going to the bathroom.

The front of the hotel is currently fenced off so you have to go through the back door (up the stairs) and the road in front of the hotel is a riverside road so there are bad, small sections, 2 cars passing very difficult, limited parking, anyone going by car should ask for parking in advance. The location is near the old town, about 1.5km, near many amenities so it is quite convenient, the swimming pool is just enough, the depth is reasonable for families with children and very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast has few dishes and is very basic, the water dishes are just okay. The room is clean, separate toilet and bathroom. In short, with the price of about 700-800 and breakfast included, there is nothing more to ask for.

The hotel is clean and lovely, the staff is enthusiastic, the security guard is wonderful, attentive, enthusiastic and also takes beautiful photos for the guests! Next time I come to Hoi An, I will come back 💞

The hotel is simply and beautifully decorated, comfortable space, friendly and enthusiastic staff, free bicycle rental service, close to the center. The room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend everyone to stay when traveling to Hoi An. Next time I will continue to stay at De An

The service at De An is extremely pleasant, the rooms are clean, have a balcony so they are very airy, and are cleaned and changed every day. The staff always smiles when meeting guests, enthusiastic and warm. I really enjoyed my experience at De An.

Clean hotel, nice rooms. The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy. Nice staff. However, there is one thing that is not satisfactory: the soundproofing is a bit poor.
