We had a wonderful 4-day stay in the family room, and everything was perfect! The room was comfortable, and ideal for our family. The staff was friendly and attentive. The amenities and location made our stay even more enjoyable ) Highly recommended! And definitely will come back especially to this hotel

Easy walking distance to the rail network nice area just outside the city. Room was small but very clean nice bathroom, stayed for one night.

It’s a bit far from the sights, but its breakfast is good. it provides daily cleaning, better than many other hotels.

Decent location within walking distance of shopping and attractions. Clean room and bathroom, great staff.

The rooms are a little small and could use some additional storage but it's not a big deal. Overall it is a nice place to stay in the heart of Stockholm.

The first night wasn't great. My room was next to the stairs and a conference room, both being in frequent use until well after midnight. I asked at reception if I could have a different room and they got it sorted immediately. Great service! Rooms a quite compact but comfortable and with A/C. Decent breakfast and great location with both the metro and a train station nearby.

A nice, clean hotel situated close to the metro station or a 15 minute walk from the centre of Stockholm. Our room was quite small but included a kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave and hob) which was good. Shower was very good and staff very helpful. The breakfast had a wide choice of food although it wasn't quite as good as some others I have stayed in.

The hotel is in a good location on Sveavagen, one of the main roads in Stockholm. The Old Town and Central station are about a 20 minute walk. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants and a metro station nearby. Staff were friendly and helpul and there was a good buffet breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Some of the rooms are a but small, and some of the floors are below ground, with no windows which may not be attractive for everybody.

The location was perfect

They moved me to a much bigger room due to me wanting ac..I was upgraded to apartment with no extra fees.. The staff , housekeepung ,food was absplutely wonderful. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Staff very helpful in what bus or subway should be used. They allowed us to sleep after our arrival & updated our room to one with a kitchen-net. Breakfasts were awesome, & all staff friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Stockholm!
