We were generally a little disappointed with our stay. Check in / reception very good. Rooms are noisy and air-con unit actually in the room which was really noisy. Attention to detail and general maintenance lacking for this Hotel. Underground carpark very convenient and water/coffee/cakes in reception a lovely touch. We didn't feel there was value for the money we paid.

Clean, convenient and good breakfast options. Will definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

The property is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. I found the bed and pillows to be quite comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nicely appointed. One area for improvement is the sound insulation, as we could hear footsteps from the floor above. Since we traveled with our two kids, I’m also aware that our movements might have been audible to those staying below us. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and addressing the noise issue would enhance the experience even further. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back if we’re in Kelowna again!

Hotel and room was overall nice, clean. Big problem we had was getting into the property. You had to be driving East on Enterprise to enter. Which meant we had to turn around, since we were driving West on Enterprise. Inconvenient, especially since we are new to the area.

Quality was impeccable. Clean and welcoming.

Had a constant banging and running across floor above me. Took 4 calls to the front desk for anything to be done. And then it continued… if it was someone playing music they would’ve been fined. Why is it any different when one of your guests have been woken up twice from someone above them jumping around and running across their room?

Good rooms and better than expected food. Location is very good for shopping but not much else. A car is preferable.
