The property was excellent - very clean and a convenient location to dining and shopping. Breakfast buffet was nice touch. We the size of the room and the friendly staff - I will definitely be back again.

Hotel was unclean, blinds did not close, room smelled like weed, barking dog. Just a very unpleasant stay to celebrate my daughter bday. Will never stay with Residence Inn.

great stay, friendly staff, room was clean and in order. only issue was the HVAC nioise, unit was too loud and woke me up multiple times.

This was my first stay here and I have found my only spot to stay when I need a hotel in Richmond/Midlothian. The staff was amazing and so friendly and the room was spacious, clean, and very convenient for bringing your own food/snacks with the refrigerator and microwave. Definitely recommend!

I love it when a hotel delivers as advertised. From the eye-popping lobby to the luxury rooms, this hotels is definitely on my return list. Staff was super friendly and highly professional.

The firepit patio is the best part for adults. From there you can see the indoor pool and the basketball court.

Excellent experience at hotel. Breakfast host seemed a little touchy but I quickly ignored her. Other than that we will definitely return in the future.

Dirty carpets in hallways. Used soap found in shower. Good coffee but cheap sugar/napkin packets.

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. Most of staff was friendly; all were helpful. The location was across the street from a hospital yet noise was never an issue. Breakfast each morning was good with a variety of choices. There were times when some items were empty and the wait for more was too long. We had studio room. It was large enough for us; we did not miss having 1 bedroom. Enjoyed full size refrigerator and large walk-in shower.

Very nice hotel, super clean and staff very welcoming. The room was great besides an noisy air conditioning, I slept like a baby.

Residence Inn was average. Breakfast was very average. Staff was average. Not friendly or rude, just average. The amenities in the room was below average. One fork, had ask for a roll of toilet paper, no extra roll of paper towel. No hand lotion. USB plugs didn’t work. Wasn’t able to charge electronic devices.
