This hotel is lovely in a great location the staff cannot do enough for you especially the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name but all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. We booked originally for one night but then ended up staying for two. We had to move rooms but got a lovely Jacuzzi bath, which was just what we needed after a long day sightseeing.

Very close to downtown core. Clean and located 10 min walk from the bus station. Lots of shopping options around and you can rent bikes on site. Very clean, small rooms. Loved the place

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very clean. The location was great for walking to sights in the area. I’d highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good Location close to El Carmen. Cool design for the room with some creative choices for decor however the bed doesn’t really have a headboard, just half a wall without a place to rest your head, making it uncomfortable for older people. I did not appreciate having a comforter without a cover. Otherwise, no other complaints. Staff was helpful. But because lack of headboard, I would not stay there again.

Staff was really nice when we checked in and helpful when we wanted extra blankets. The room was exactly what we needed, clean, modern and overall we had a very good stay.

Very friendly staff team. Clean and comfortable we stayed for 16 days on work trip but it really is meant for short stay. Lunch restaurant is very nice Close enough to centre for food and general enjoyment

The staff is friendly and the room was ok but looked worn out a bit. but there was a very bad smell in the room coming from the shower. I woke up at night and couldn’t breath normally because of toxic fumes coming from the shower. The night rest was ruined.
