The staff are nice and friendly, the evening shift of valet parking guy were polit person. But the security guard at night shift has to improve the way of talking with guest, not polit and professional

Very good service, great bar and fantastic staff.

We booked a standard double bed room and there was an issue with our bathroom. We spoke with the reception, they were very helpful. They apologised for the invonvinence and gone beyond and over and upgraded our room to a huge family suite. The staff and management were very friendly, breakfast buffet was very good for the price as well.

Not really upscale as they claim it. But its ok.

Dear Santish, I just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay at CityMax Business Bay. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel, with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. As a British customer who enjoys a traditional cup of tea, I was disappointed to see that the room only had powdered milk available. Many British tea drinkers prefer to use fresh milk in their tea, as it provides a richer and creamier taste. I would recommend providing small cartons of fresh milk in the rooms for guests who prefer this option. I did, of course, ask for non powdered milk on no less than 3 occasions to 3 different people and they all said politely that it was not possible for me to have any. I hope you will consider this feedback for future guests, as it would greatly enhance the tea-drinking experience for British customers staying at CityMax Business Bay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The management is rude Saniyah Shaikh. I called and she had terrible listening skills and when asked a question instead of answering she asked another question. The feont desk staff rude. I pay tourism fee by credit card. Even after the see a booking..the will harass over and over for 30 dirham fee as if im running away when im staying here. The front desk Egyptian guy. Constantly harassing for tourism fee even after it was paid. These people have no customer service skill. Im not sure of they are just rude or racist. Either way. I wont be back.

The management is rude Saniyah and Egyptian guy front desk. I have booked three times...meaning i get three reviews..be smart people...be nice to eveyone..because your reviews matter. Have respect for your guest.

Beautiful new Hotel with an amazing Staff. The service is outstanding. Delicious food from the room service. Rooms are very clean with comfortable bed. Rochelle from the reception was exceptional such a nice and sweet person. The Breakfast buffet is so good and Ernesto is the best he is so caring i always smile when i see him at the breakfast because i know he will take care of me well, he even offered a cup of coffee when i was leaving at 4 AM and took beautiful pictures of my husband and me. I travel a lot but Citymax is one of the best hotel to stay in Dubai

The hotel is Amazing A brand new hotel with Great location near to the Dubai Mall, Dubai airport not far from Fold Souk !! My wife and i spent almost 7 days there we felt like we were home because of the helpful and friendly staff. The service is outstanding. I appreciate the level of cleanliness and hygiene on this Covid 19 period. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices Ahad was so nice always taking care of us like everybody there. We also enjoyed the pool. Karim from the reception help a lot. We will definitely come back.
