Very nice place to stay in Vung Tau.

Great room after the first room had a window closing issue. Great breakfast and slightly early check-in. I did have a terrible customer service experience with the duty manager on Sunday morning at check-in. I have to say that the attitude she carried is not even suitable for hotel staffing or future management. She had absolutely zero CS mindset and had an issue with no physical passport for check-in and handled it unbelievably poorly. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel in my life. The issue was a physical passport and TRC. She didn’t even give options or solutions or apology, just wow. Refusing a photo of it and even after escalation to “Colin” the answer was still a hard no. In the end, it was resolved with the hypocrisy of taking a photo of my VNEID, which in essence was the same thing. I even offered to visit the police station to register directly and all options were blocked by her callous replies. I hope Christopher Hur reads this and does a full audit of this property, including the mindset of the leadership in place. 10 AM, 7th of June.

The TV had no internet connection, and the refrigerator wasn't as cold as the one in the room. The food was delicious with many tempting dishes. The view was excellent.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and there are swimming pools from the 10th to the 19th floor – a true 5-star experience.

The hotel is beautiful, with many great spots for taking photos, and the breakfast buffet is delicious; my family really enjoyed it.

I stayed here twice, the staff was enthusiastic and cute, I experienced every room type and the last time it seemed the family suit was limited, the room smelled a bit damp and old, the most disappointing thing of the two times was that the TV couldn't watch the internet, it was just for show, the hotel location was okay, not beautiful, a bit far from the bustling center, if you stay in a quiet resort style then it's okay, the food wasn't delicious at all, the room hygiene was poor, however, the staff was nice, cute and enthusiastic with the guests!

I had a very good experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The pool was spacious, the spa was great. I will be back. Thanks Fusion.

I had a very good experience at Fusion Suites. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Xom Luoi market, within walking distance of famous banh khot shops and salted egg sponge cake shops. The room is clean and airy, the breakfast is delicious and quite diverse. The swimming pool on the 20th floor is very clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional.
