Convenient location, clean room, good price

Fun, enthusiastic, clean hotel near West Lake amusement park

Clean, fragrant. New room so always satisfied

I stayed 1 night. New hotel, full facilities, reasonable price. Only stayed 1 night and left early the next day but very satisfied.

The room is very clean and tidy, the room view overlooking the city is quite ok

I think it's very good here, the security guard, the cleaning lady and the staff are all nice. When I arrived, it was about 2 hours before check-in time, so I was still able to enter without paying any fee. When I got to the room, I found it beautiful, no smell, okay, with that price I think the room is very reasonable for the spending.

Do not leave a love seat in the room causing discomfort

The sound of the water pump buzzed all night. Staff cannot fix this :(

The room is not well-managed and clean. The staff is not friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with lots of luggage, nobody helped.

It's better if they serve breakfast.
