I've checked in here several times, but this is the first time I've had an unpleasant experience. I ordered a deluxe room but got a standard room. Usually you get plain water, soap, and toothpaste, but I didn't get any. Usually you get a shower or squat toilet, but I didn't get any. There was no blanket either.
