For whatever reason, this is the first time I feel really uncomfortable, the worst experience while using the app, it is true that it is a low budget hotel but in the range of 150-200 thousand there are better ones than this, the sheets are dirty, there is a lot of dust on the sheets, the pillows smell musty, really musty, stains on the sheets, the walls are peeling and the room smells gosh, in the end I didn't stay here, only 30 minutes after entering the room I immediately left again. The app should be more selective, hopefully these reviews can be read by the app

The room is nice and comfortable for those who go to Malang for a vacation, the AC is cold, the bathroom has good hot water. Only the bathroom equipment is lacking. But for that price, it is very comfortable.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are really good, there is AC, heater, TV and WiFi, the location is close to everywhere.

Iklannya bagus. Ternyata sangat tidak nyaman untuk saya. Uda sewa 3 hari begitu hari pertama masuk langsung hati kecut dengan kondisi kamar. Lihat kondisi hotel masuk lorong terus ruangan nya kecil. Pengap karena lembab. Di kemaren mandi tidak ada keran air yang ada shower yang gede ga bisa di cabut. Ga ada air panas. Sangat mengecewakan. Lemari ada lemari pakaian.

Kamarnya oke, kamarmandi, sprei bersih. Air hangat menyala, tv ada taoi ga ada siaran. Overall oke cuma kamarnya agak lembab jadi ada beberapa sisi dinding kamar yang catnya terkelupas.

Pelayanan sangat bagus. Cuma sayangnya fasilitasnya kebetulan yang saya dapatkan kurang.

Saya tidak jadi menginap karena kotor, seprei ada bekas kotor masih ngecap di seprei dan bed cover saya minta tolong ganti katanya ga ada lagi seprei, lembab temboknya, tv nya ga bisa. Jadi saya tidak jadi nginap hilang uang. Karena mikir kesehatan juga dengan kondisi gitu kalo sakit juga susah. Seharusnya masih bisa di kembalikan ini uang karena tidak sesuai dengan foto. Pegawainya juga bilang memang sebenarnya sudah lama tutup tapi ini di buka lagi hotelnya. Mohon lebih di perhatikan lagi. Bila bisa kembali uangnya sangat berterima kasih. Karena bagi saya sangat berharga dan kesalahan pada pihak hotel loh ini. Terima kasih.
