We stayed in the Junior Suite with my two kids. The room was spacious with one double bed and one twin bed. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the mini fridge was convenient. We were a bit disappointed that no one helped us with our luggage at check-in. Additionally, upon entering the hotel area through security, there was a 5,000 charge for taxi drop-off and pick-up. Because of this, we chose to stop at the entrance or exit gate for drop-off and pick-up instead. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but the service could be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly and clean. It's suitable for those on business in Jakarta and offers an affordable price.

There's no motorcycle parking on site, so we were a bit apprehensive, even though we were staying overnight because we were going to a nearby wedding. The room was quite small, and the slanted bed made sleeping awkward. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The water leaked, which was a real shame. 🥲

I booked junior suite 2. In rooms 601 and 610. 601 has a very spacious room. So it's very comfortable for people who have difficulty moving. 610 is smaller than 601. But overall, the room is comfortable. Only the floor feels a bit rough. So it seems like it wasn't mopped very clean.

The hotel location in the center of city and the accessibility is easy to LRT Station, Busway and Arion Mall. The room is clean and suitable for holiday with family and the price is competitive compare others. Note : Please give the improvement for air conditioner in the room, 612.

It was a very memorable and enjoyable staycation here on New Year's Eve with the family. For breakfast, everything available tasted quite good, but just a suggestion, maybe the variety of the breakfast menu can be added a little more (a little more variety), that's all the suggestions, overall recommended 👍 Thank you.
