Penerangan kurang, kotor, bau, dan menyeramkan.

Pengen punya pengalaman ala camping sederhana di udara bersih dan suasana asri, sayangnya bahkan fasilitas paling sederhana aja gak terpenuhi. Pesan 2 kamar, bahkan nambah extra 1 orang karena kelebihan 1 orang dewasa, dikasih 2 kunci kamar, yang satu rawan hilang karena gak dikasih gantungan kunci. Dapet kamar paling deket dengan kantor admin, TV gak bisa dinyalain, sudah mintol petugas ternyata tetep gak bisa nyala. Sprei dan kamar bau pengap kayak gak diganti dari tamu sebelumnya, dinding berjamur. Gak ada 1 pun kursi di dalam kamar, di teras kamar, di halaman depan pun gak ada. Harus memutar ke area penginapan lain untuk duduk-duduk, saran bawa kursi lipat/tikar sendiri kalo mau santai nikmati udara luar. Karena semalaman turun hujan lebat, atap plastik kamar tersingkap alhasil bolong di atap terlihat, air hujan masuk ke kamar. Bangun subuh, air panas kehabisan elpiji, ke kantor admin, terkunci gak bisa masuk, alhasil gak bisa pake kamar mandi untuk wudhu dan mandi karena air super dingin tanpa pemanas. Fasilitas ini terkesan sudah terbengkalai, tidak lagi terawat sayang banget. Staf juga minim.

The service is not satisfactory, after checking in and being escorted to the room then guests are told to wait for a while in the room and the person even fixes the water faucet because the cold water can't come out and the hot water doesn't come out.

The cleanliness of the place is very lacking.

The location is in the Coban Talun tourist complex. You can order a motorcycle taxi online from here. Humid because it is among many trees.

Very very bad. I ordered 3 rooms, all the facilities didn't work, only cold water was still running, the place was really dirty, lots of flies, the service wasn't friendly, I've complained but been ignored, will never come here again, I'm really tired.

Pretty good, I want it to be like before the pandemic, lots of selfie spots. Looks like now only the focus of the inn. Hopefully in the future it will be better. Thank you.

With that price, just stay at the hotel. It's true what the previous visitors said. The place is not well maintained, it's a shame even though it's actually good, the lighting is lacking, the sheets and blankets are wrinkled, the water heather in the bathroom is also broken, I want to take a shower, I have to wait for the clerk to fix it and the process is quite long. Thank God, after half an hour it was repaired, it could be used, and at night it was broken again. I'm too lazy to call the officers again. We decided to check out early in the morning without taking a shower. Even then, if you want to check out, you have to look for an officer first because there is no one at all.

Mattress cleanliness = poor. Water = very small in the morning. Location = dirty. Everything is treated because the waterfall and pine forest are okay. Hopefully in the future it will be better.

I enjoy the atmosphere while staying here, the area is clean and comfortable. The air is quite cold, there is a water heater, towel facilities, toothbrushes, soap, blankets, complete. Clean rooms, ensuite bathrooms.

Really recommend for those of you who want to staycation and adventure in nature, nice clean rooms, only the water heater doesn't work properly.

Very nice. Suitable for those who want a staycation. It pays off with a view and vibes ambience in the middle of a cool pine forest.
