The staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world!! The options were fantastic to suit everyone. All fresh tasty ingredients.

Nice waterfront Hotel breakfast is excellent room and furniture are dated and pull out sofa bed is getting old and very sagging. But staff are friendly and overall are great. The location is beautiful. I enjoyed staying here just wish the furniture could be better.

We have stayed in this hotel quiet a few times now and it was as good as ever. The only down side was the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night.

Parking expensive, electric chargers not working which is working they are occupied for over 20 hrs just one car even it’s been charged already but no control over that in fact these surrounding controls consider to go electric but how ! That’s questionable anyways about hotel I got the email to upgrade room from family room to suite I did update and paid extra and when I reach to the hotel they given me same room which i paid already for :) so basically charged 800 sek extra for nothing :) anyways I wouldn’t go again to this hotel, surrounding is good nice and long walk around the hotel, happy new year

The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding.

We just stayed for a long weekend and absolutely LOVED the hotel. For the price, I couldn't believe how great it was. Also, I must add the reception staff were SO incredibly helpful and made our stay even better!

Stayed for 14 nights in a large room with harbour view. Full breakfast is included in room rate and hotel has washer & dryer that you simply book a 3 hr slot to do your laundry at no charge. Location is quite some way from central Gothenburg but only 300m to the 3 & 9 tram service. Plenty of quality eating options within walking distance. Enjoyable stay.
