Beautiful property - it is the apartments attached to the hotel where breakfast is served.

We loved staying there! Lovely staff, fabulous suite, beautiful area.

Service was impeccable & im big on bed & pillow comfort. Bed & pillows were wonderful. Would stay again.

Suites are spacious enough. Fully equipped kitchen which is refreshed daily. Concierge staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A lovely spacious suite, comfortable and beautifully decorated in the ideal location to enjoy the historic centre of Palma. The welcome we received on check in from Lorena was warm and efficient and she took time to share her personal recommendations to ensure we got the most from our visit. Highly Recommended.

Separate yet attached to a fabulous hotel. Pay for the breakfast - it's worth every penny. Staff incredibly attentive. Property in wonderful location.

We loved our stay at Samaritana Suites, we had a studio which was perfect for two of us. The studio was well designed, decorated and equipped. It was serviced everyday so we felt as though we were in a hotel room with the added benefit of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The building was very central but tucked away and a little difficult to find, that is part of its charm. Our flight was delayed so we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were pleased we took up the offer of a transfer arranged by the team at Samaritana Suites. When we arrived, the night manager from the sister hotel appeared to greet us so I needn’t have worried about an unmanned reception desk. We would definitely stay here again, it was faultless.

It could not have been a more wonderful stay. Our top floor studio apartment was super-comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. The property is located in a great neighbourhood of Palma, full of character and local bars that we enjoyed fully.

We stayed at Samaritana suites for 3 nights and we can say in confidence that it was one of the best experiences we had so far. Marcos welcomed us, and he was very flexible with our late check in and he responded quickly to all our enquiries. The flat is very spacious, well decorated and equipped with all amenities that someone may need during their vacation. The location is also an asset, since it's 10 min walking distance from Palma's main sights and city centre.

Well appointed property in the old town. Great service from the staff looking after it. The location meant everything was in walking distance.

There nothing we didn’t like inside the apartment - we could even get UK TV. So easy to walk to all the sights of Palma and an easy bus ride to and from the airport. Spent a couple of chilled hours on the roof terrace which was lovely, super views. Would highly recommend Samaritana Suites.

What a gem! My husband and I enjoyed two nights here at this modern and fresh apartment. A great local feel with perfect walkable proximity to the busy areas, yet quietly tucked away. The check in and check out were easy and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!

Staff were very helpful, studio room was spacious and clean and for the most part quiet, you could hear toilets above being flushed and the seats banged down as they were not soft closing (only thing to improve on)

Stunning apartment on fourth floor - exactly like the photos on the web site! Initially found it difficult to figure out location ( take a taxi to get there!) But once we got our bearings realised it’s in a very convenient spot. Fabulous view from roof terrace - but not easy to get up and down the steps if you have mobility problems. Staff were brilliant - hotel reception ( neighbouring property/hotel) were very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic.staff helped us plan a day visit to Soller which was a lovely experience; and we had some great vegan meals out in the city. Only downside was the building renovations/demolition right outside the front door and our balcony-thankfully no one was working the week we were there! Only downside

Our stay was amazing, lovely apartment, very well equipped, looked brand new, wonderful kitchen, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds, quiet. The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, organised a rental car, helped us get around, very helpful. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful, I guess in summer it must great up there. Overall, our stay was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond to any inquiry. The property was exceptionally comfortable and spacious with thoughtful decor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and as discerning & frequent travelers, we will most recently return for a future stay.
