The hotel is located in the city center, just a short walk to Purwokerto's town square. It's also a short walk to Rita Mall. There's a sports station right next to the hotel. Facilities include a small playground near the reception and the swimming pool. The pool offers a view of Mount Slamet. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is very comprehensive. You can also go to the gym for free.

Friendly hotel staff Clean hotel Just please fix the Wi-Fi Yesterday, I stayed in room 815 on the 6th, and the Wi-Fi was weak and intermittent. The breakfast was delicious.

The room is okay, not too small. The bathroom is also okay. The breakfast is also varied. The location is also very strategic in the city center. However, the front of the hotel is a bit narrow so it's confusing which entrance is, and the drop off point is also narrow. Drinking water is taken from the dispenser outside. Overall, it's okay. The elevator is also quite safe because you have to use the room access. Great

I stayed in room 618 September 6-7, 2025, the location is incredibly strategic right in front of Alun2, the breakfast food is quite varied there is ice cream, and the additional charge for food for children is quite reasonable. The room is decent, the soap and shampoo smell good. Only got a towel after 4:30 pm, did not get a towel mat until 6:30 pm even though I had called the receptionist several times, the towels at the swimming pool were also always out of stock and not refilled, the condition was only placed a few pieces, and I never got a towel at the swimming pool. The access card was only given 1 so if a family wanted to go out/swim they could not return to the room because the elevator asked for a card scan when going to the room

I'm in a deluxe king room. The bathroom is very slippery, really slippery so you have to be careful. The shower drain is badly clogged so the water is really stagnant. I tried to report it to be repaired but they weren't quick enough. Basically, the bathroom is very dirty, lots of stains like it's never been brushed/scrubbed or never cleaned. Dirty, slippery, clogged drain, dirty toilet. Basically, it's very dirty. Not worth it for that price. The bathroom is really bad, please! Fix it immediately. The room is okay. I just don't like the toilet, it's dirty! Breakfast on the first day (Saturday) wasn't very tasty, I didn't like it. But on the second day (Sunday) it was quite good compared to yesterday. Okay, breakfast on Sunday. Thank you Luminor Purwokerto, hopefully it will be better.

We had a very satisfying stay at the Luminor Hotel with our family. It's conveniently located near the city center, especially Rita Mall. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a family getaway, and the service is very friendly. Highly recommended for a vacation in Purwokerto. I'll definitely be back again next time.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. The hotel-style food is quite complete and varied, tailoring to Indonesian tastes. However, there was one thing that was a bit distracting at breakfast: the loud, fast-beat music, similar to disco music. Instruments should be played at breakfast with soft music, whether traditional or modern. The TV is not yet a smart TV, so programming is monotonous and limited. Hopefully, these shortcomings will be addressed. Thank you.
