It met the need as i was close to FSU, but on the 2nd day, my room smelled so much of weed that i had to spray air freshener in the ac vent and air out my clothes that had been in the room all day. It was overwhelming.

The location was excellent. Very close to FSU. Breakfast included.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is decent though they can't seem to keep the coffee available in the morning. Both mornings I had to get the decaf initially.

Dark spaces in the room, half the lights worked. Beds super uncomfortable and mattresses past their due date. Not enough pillows or towels. In room coffee maker supplies scarce. Extremely poor tv channel line up. Windows are paper thin and couldn’t sleep all night from the street noise. Breakfast was very limited in healthy options. Staff was not very accommodating and not friendly. Very painful stay.

I stayed at this hotel during family orientation for FSU. It is very close to the campus- really great location. The breakfast in the morning was simple but a great breakfast. The rooms were clean and the stay was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Friendly very helpful staff. The facility is a little older but very well kept and the room was very comfortable. I will most likely need to return in the future and will definitely consider coming here again.

Close proximity to FSU

I enjoyed staying here. I would rather stay here over some of the luxury hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was nice and it was peaceful. I definitely will be back.

Very nice hotel

The location is a bit shady and doesn’t have a lot of parking. It’s a no frills hotel. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Beds were super comfy. I would def stay here again.

Heater did not work and it was a cold night. We were given extra blankets but no maintenance people were available. Also-the keys we we given initially did not work and had to be replaced.

Room had not been vacuumed, and floor was dirty, comforter had orange stains, pillowcase was dirty, shower did not look like it had been cleaned and had mold, room was very rundown,l. Normally, Holiday Inn express offer is a very clean hotel with fairly modern rooms, but not this one I stayed two nights and housekeeping did come in, but they still didn’t vacuum

I do not think this hotel in this area should be over $300 per night. The hotel its self was clean and the staff was nice but my room had a broken faucet. When I reported it before check out I didn’t expect the maintenance man to walk into my room without knocking.

Great stay .. I will stay again
