Com and Traveloka, all Travelio victims, checking in, there is no clarity on what time to check in, CS takes 30 minutes to reply, WA is not answered, the phone is not picked up, CS answered only to meet our field staff, but in the lobby they were told that Travelio's security guard does not have an office there. here and there are no staff, CS still answered to meet Travelio field staff, obviously there weren't any, I was at the location from +-7pm and checked in at almost half past 1pm, a new Travelio staffer called Fajarilahi arrived, the reason was a lot of Sunday nights activities, okay I checked in, and there was a WiFi SSID and password but I looked for no WiFi, okay no problem, 2 days later I checked out and I reported wanting to check out to CS, he answered, take a photo of the room, keep the key in the Travelio mailbox, I went down to the lobby and it turned out there were many Travelio victims who wanted to look for the mailbox, I told the CS that there was no Travelio mailbox, if there was another agent, the CS said there was one around the lobby, even though the one who said there wasn't one was the apartment lobby staff, the CS still insisted there was one Travelio mailbox, finally I stayed at the apartment receptionist and I took a photo to CS, it turned out that the apartment security guard came who didn't accept the key to the unit managed by Travelio on the grounds that Travelio was giving people trouble, so don't ever go to an apartment or anything managed by Travelio if you don't want to be miserable like me and several people in the same fate on the same day.
