It was pretty good

The morning staff, Eduardo, was especially helpful.

Have to change the towels was dirty and very old.

Very friendly staff, breakfast is switched up everyday and it’s actual food not just cereal. Rooms very clean and the cleaning ladies supper sweet too. Even tho we got a dirty towel once but it got resolved. 5min walk to the metro and bus stops and it is very accessible. It is in a questionable area a lot of homeless people but there is so many police officers and they help alot and friendly. I really recommend if on a budget!

Guess at night are very loud and the staff does not do anything about it to keep them quiet. In fact, the receptionist play louder music to make matters worse.

Paid a full week and we couldn’t stay there more than a night because the room was suffocating. There was no AC and the fan wasn’t much of a help. Didn’t get any reimbursement at all. What a steal. Loud

The property was great. Service from the staff was excellent. Walkable distance to centro histórico so that was very nice and a very convenient Market near by with lots of food options!

This hotel is an airport hotel, not the ideal choice if youre staying longer than a night. No A/C, the rooms only provide a strongish fan. The sun shines directly on the windows so that creates more heat for the room. Lots of homeless in the area.

Muy buen lugar, amplias habitaciones y tiene estacionamiento. Incluye desayuno y el personal es muy atento. El entorno no es el más bonito, pero hay que andar con cuidado.

Only hotel i have stayed with no aircon nor heater. I was freezing for days breathing cold air and on the verge of getting sick. All staff could do was offer more blankets. I had to turn shower on for so long just to get the steam running but even then, it took 5 minutes before hot water would run. Terrible traumatic stay. I even attempted to sleep in the bathroom just for the heat but floor tiles were too cold despite covering. MX (My Xtermination) Lagunilla was a terrible choice. Only the dining staff Alfredo was nice. Everyone else felt cold as the freezing room. Damn manager was not even around to address my query. I bought a water pot that worked for 2 nights then conked out. Dismal stay ruined on the first hour till last day at this bad choice. At one point the floor nearly flooded. Reception suggested i run the hot water to steam the room. Problem was it was soooo wasteful. This is an example of a business that only thinks of the profit and not the market. Bad business model in a hospitality industry. A manager that avoids its guests and never around. All the young inexperienced staff at front desk didn't seem to have the training for servicing. Cold transactional responses was the norm. My "X" to MX Lagunilla..... memorable (i e traumatic) Xperience to you. Change your manager.
