Friendly and enthusiastic staff

The hotel staff is friendly. There are many good restaurants around within walking distance. However, when I stayed there was no hot water for bathing, and it was very cold in Phu Yen at that time. I checked and asked the staff if the room was available and then let me check out late with an additional fee until 3pm. I don't know why the staff checked and said ok but at 2pm they said the next guest refused so I had to check out immediately. Luckily my friend was in the room to clean up my things at that time, because I had something to do and was out, otherwise I don't know how I could have come back to clean up in time, so I was upset because it affected my time arrangement and the next guest's.

The room is a bit hot, the air conditioner is not cool enough, the electricity often suddenly turns off in the morning.

One of the budget-friendly places to stay and should stop by when coming to Tuy Hoa. The hotel is located in the center opposite the lake so everyone can move around comfortably.

Everything was fine, but due to going during the week, the hotel was a bit unsanitary.

The room I booked was a superior room, but the quality of the room was really bad compared to the price, the floor was damaged, the drinking water in the room was not bottled water but normal water in glass bottles, I don't know if the drinking water was changed every day because the place where the cake and water were kept was so dusty that I didn't dare to drink it, plus the day I checked in, the bed sheet had black stains, then I went down to the reception desk to request to change the bed sheet but they still didn't change it. In general, compared to the price, the quality here is quite bad. Even the location for the hair dryer was put in a small bag wrapped in a bag and left in the closet, I only discovered it on the day I checked out, very inconvenient when I wanted to use it but it wasn't in a convenient place.

Friendly staff. We went on a sightseeing tour, mainly booking a hotel to rest, so we didn't have high requirements. We arrived in Phu Yen early in the morning, probably around 7am to the hotel, and it was not check-in time until 2pm, but the receptionist was very nice and took the initiative to show us to the toilet to wash our hands and feet. :D On the day of our return, we checked out at 12pm, but after checking in, the hotel still let us check out until 1pm without charging any extra fee. I think it's partly because this is not the peak season, so there is still space, we can be flexible, but I don't know about the peak season. Hehe. There is a rooftop terrace open from 4pm to 12am, it's a pity that we went on a short trip so we didn't have a chance to try it, but when we stayed, we saw many guests coming, not just hotel guests. The only downside is the bathroom. The drain was quite slow, the hot water was probably because the hotel used a solar water heater, so if anyone showered late, there would be no hot water. From the hotel to the beach, it was a bit far to walk, but it didn't matter much because we went to a lot of places, not just the beach.

Great accommodation for the price, friendly staff, comfortable lobby. Must try when coming to Phu Yen.

The hotel is centrally located, easy to get around. The family room is comfortable, with two sinks. The downside is that the drainage in the room is a bit poor.

The room costs 300 but has no windows, the room is very stuffy and the air conditioner is not cool at all. The room is so old that I thought I was leaving. Everyone should consider this when choosing this hotel. I am not satisfied because for the price of 300, many places have skylights or small windows!

Fully equipped hotel with beautiful view near tourist attractions, located on the main road for easy transportation. Suggestion that the hotel should prepare an iron for guests' convenience.

Nice, spacious, cheap room. Toielt often gets clogged with water. Convenient central location. However, the staff has a superficial attitude. Especially the female receptionist in the morning was extremely annoying, no matter what she asked, she was as if she didn't want to answer. Laundry costs 30k/kg, washing a small amount of laundry costs 180k. In general, the room is ok but other issues are quite disappointing.

I think the hotel should improve the air conditioning. I booked a single room for my friends. Everyone's feedback was that the air conditioning was too weak so it was very hot. Add small fans in the rooms. The air conditioning is ok for a room for 4 people. But the room does not have a small fan to turn on for ventilation.

Compact room, clean, fully equipped, friendly staff, near the center, very convenient to move around.

Cửa phòng dùng thẻ từ hết pin giữa chừng, khách không vào trong được, xuống kêu nhân viên dùng chìa dự phòng mở thì nhân viên im lặng không trả lời mà đi dắt xe cho khách khác. Khách sạn cái gì cũng không có. Đến cả cây kéo cũng không có. Thuê xe khách sạn giá siêu cao 150k/ngày mà không còn 1 giọt xăng, xe siêu cũ đi kêu kẹt kẹt. Phòng ốc không tự dọn mà dọn xong vẫn có cát :) Tạm biệt và không hẹn gặp lại.
