The voucher cannot be used because I want to check in at 10 pm the door is locked and no one is inside.

Unlike in the photo, hot water can't be the room is less clean. Basically, the photo and the reality are very different.

Tidak sesuai foto, kamar bau, kotor, pelayanan tidak ramah. Sangat tidak dianjurkan, kecewa. Begitu masuk kamar langsung keluar lagi pindah hotel.

The service is good. It just happened to be given a room that leaked. The water seeps from the bathroom. Second room from the end on the 2nd floor.

Very dissatisfied. Dirty towels. The hot water is off.

The rooms are smelly, dirty, shabby, there is no car park, the staff is not friendly, the bathroom is not clean, only 1 television channel can be seen.

The price is cheap, but on the 1st floor it is very noisy with motorbikes/cars passing by. Especially on the weekend.

Highly not recommended, service is not friendly, facilities don't match the application, and water doesn't even flow. Disappointingly, after checking in less than 30 minutes I immediately checked out.

1 star price for jasmine class taste. As my experience. 1. There is no hot water the reason the rooms are all full. 2. No toothbrush. 3. The blanket may not have been replaced in 10 years. What was ordered in the application was not fulfilled. 4. Rooms are not like in the photos in the app. 5. Rooms on the edge of the alley are so noisy for those who want to take a break, not recommended. 6. There is no adequate parking on the side of the road. So during the break I was worried about the safety. Sorry if you don't like this input as a material for improvement, it's not bad, but what it is.

When we arrived at the place, we asked for the room to be changed to twin, we were asked to pay 50k per room, right there should be double beds and twin beds for the same price.

The staff is not friendly, the rooms do not match the photos offered in the application, the mattress is not suitable for use, the sheets and blankets smell, it's like it's not a hotel but a boarding room, the atmosphere is noisy because the position of the room is right on the side of the road, there is no car park facility so we have to park on the side of the road which is not a hotel parking lot. Disappointed.

Lumayan kecewa berat saja. Mulai dari tempat parkir kendaraan kehujanan, ruangan kurang bersih, fasilitas air hangat kadang nyala sering nggaknya tidak bisa di pakai sewaktu waktu, kloset rusak, pemandangan kurang bagus, wastafel bocor, pintu kamar gak bisa di kunci, pesen di aplikasi di catatan check in permintaan 09.00 sampai sana jam 10.00 gak bisa harus jam 14.00 check in nya. Di minta dana balik dan saya bayar langsung saat check in tapi gak bisa. Otomatis bayar 2x 1 kamar.(mungkin sudah aturan dari hotel kurang paham) wifi ada tapi password gak ada di tiap kamar, kalau mau harus minta dulu. Tidak ada unsur menjelek-menjelekkan pihak tertentu, ini pengalaman saya 3x menginap saya jadikan 1. Mohon di koreksi biar ke depan lebih baik. Mohon maaf bila kurang berkenan atas penyampaian saran dan kritikan. Terima kasih. Semoga semakin maju OYO Sido langgeng.

Pelayanannya kurang ramah, kasurnya kurang nyaman, dan WiFi-nya tidak sampai ke hotel.
