Great service by the staffs. The moment I arrived, the staff helped me carry the luggage. 24-hour shuttle service and the driver helped me with the luggage too. Good job!

Super recommended for short stays during transits. I had a great time staying here. The staffs were super friendly and both the cleanliness and the facilities are top notch. Could say it’s definitely better than hotels with the same price range. Semoga bisa dipertahankan ditahun-tahun kedepan juga ^^

Close to the airport and there's free shuttle. Staff were very helpful, the area is clean. There's elevator so it's easy to navigate each floor. The pantry is filled with various food and drinks to choose (paid) also there's water dispenser on each floor.

Everything is good, the cleanliness, the smell of surroundings. Housekeeping team always make sure everything is clean. The only thing problem is that the room is not sound proof. But, all in all, everything is fine..

The staff is very friendly, can take you to the airport for free, don't be afraid of not being able to wake up because you will be woken up later. The place is clean, comfortable for resting, the toilet is also clean. Highly recommended for those who want to rest in an area near the airport.
