Ask for extra money. The room is leaking, the water is not suitable for use.

I have booked this hotel and transferred the money, but after arriving at the hotel, it turned out that the rooms were full. They said it was a system error. And I want my money back.

We were looking for a hotel with double bed because we brought 2 kids. That's why we chose this hotel. Because the app said it was cheap. When we arrived. The room was not double bed and we were asked to pay extra.

I didn't stay overnight, wanted to check in but there was no receptionist. Asked for a refund but couldn't.

Sangat kecewa saat mau cek in nomornya gak aktif. Jadi batal cek in. Sudah ketempat nya gak ada yang bisa aku hubungi.

We arrived late at night, when we entered the room it was dirty, the floor was quite dirty and dusty (lots of dust and small sand), the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the room was stuffy, apparently it was rarely cleaned at 1 in the morning, the electricity was gone, there was no credit. So the electricity went out 🤬, unfortunately I forgot to take photos.

Very good and recommended for families and other needs, fast response & best service, no need to doubt it.

Water only relies on PAM, sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not there, you can't check in, you can't take a shower when you want to check out.

Clean and comfortable for rest after work and to holiday, but the signal is difficult. I used smartfreen provider.

Very disappointing, bad service, location can't be found.

Nice place. You just have to bring your own food, like a guest house, near Pasir Padi Beach, quite cool.

The page is dirty. Not maintained like a residential house.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. But it's unsatisfactory because the facilities for the manfi room mask are located outside the room. Towels are not provided so jugk for the mineral water. So if you bring Amaat's family it is not suitable.
