Not clean, moldy pillows, sheets were not clean, blankets were minimal, and asked for a service to change bed linen but was only given sheets and told to change them yourself, and lots of mosquitoes and small animals like cockroaches.

Air kamar mandi mati, sudah pesen dua kamar tidak bisa refund ya sudah aku tinggal dan suami. Karena dua kamar sama sekali airnya mati. Kolam renang juga kotor sekali.

Does not match the photo. In the room the water is dead so you have to go to the public bathroom, there is no hot water, the dark rooms are very dim, the rooms are dirty and smelly.

Kamar belum disiapkan sebelum kita datang,.tidak ada free air mineral seperti hotel pada umumnya..kran penghangat nggak fungsi..kolam renang kotor..masih banyak yg perlu dibersihkan dulu..

The actual location is neat, but unfortunately the cleanliness is not maintained.

The rooms are spacious for a fairly affordable price, the front view of the rooms is okay, there is a swimming pool too.

Dirty dirty lots of ants and less good service. Don't order here if you don't want to regret it.

I like the food is delicious and the pool is clean. But the mattress in the standard / deluxe room is really ugly, uncomfortable, lots of air vents are not privatized, minimal windows, no mineral water and toothbrush shampoo soap with the Oyo brand.

Fasilitasnya kurang memenihi standar layaknya hotel, tidak ada lobby dan sempat kebingungan. Kurang bersih dan kurang nyaman.

The location is quite strategic, close to Tawangmangu, the air is just right, not as cold as Tawang Manggu. Room quality needs to be improved, because of the age of the building maybe yes.

The condition of the hotel is apprehensive, poorly maintained here and there, bathrooms, hotel room facilities are all not maintained. Unfortunately, the view is pretty good.

Pros: spacious exterior and good views of the rice fields, good guard. drawbacks: rooms are not maintained, many are damaged. the tap is leaking. Hot water on and off, doesn't really fit the photo. Still far from the Tawangmangu tourist spot.

there's no people there. they don't have receptionist, too. Disappointing.

I came to the sun garden hotel with my 8-year-old son. unexpectedly, until there deserted pi. no receptionist. no one is watching. I called the hotel contact number many times not picked up. Then 1 hour later, there were mas-mas there. I guess the receptionist was not. I asked where this person was. Maybe it's gone for a while. Finally I was asked to wait again. We are patient waiting again. Until almost the time of breaking fast the person was not there. One word for this hotel too. Finally, my child and I went to look for another place. It is just too much.
