The apartment is not to my expectation in view of the rates paid. I had made a complaint to the staff in charge regarding the defects and still no action despite waiting for them to address the issues. Therefore, I had decided not to stay and check out last night itself. Append below is the feedback. 1) There is no pillow cover in the main bedrooms. 2) The TV is not functioning. Nothing appeared on the screen. 3) The aircon cannot be switched off. 4) When I want to boil hot water using the electric kettle for a coffee, the electric kettle is not functioning. There supposed to be 2 units of electric kettle as per the inventory. However, only one unit is available. To make matters worse, only one unit is not functioning. 5) The entire room is smelly and with few spots on the flooring there is a permanent stain which looks unpleasant especially the bathrooms. Frankly, I am totally upset and disappointed. Hope the above positive complaint will assist for further improvement. Thank you. Regards.
