Hotel facilities do not match the information contained in the application, the staff explanation is long-winded without any solution.

Got a room that doesn't have ac.

Strategic location, lacking service and rooms without prayer mats, footwear.

The staff is friendly but not helpful at all, the sheets and blankets look dirty and look like they haven't been changed from the previous guest, the facilities for bathing are very inadequate

The inn is worth it. fast check in process. clean rooms, smooth water, only 1 towel is provided, toiletries are not provided. thank you azzahra sharia homestay and Traveloka.

as a guest, I prefer to have towels instead of soap / keep the mineral water, check that the checkout guest includes a closet / tp. The question of employee service when checking in is pleasant /

The place is clean and the service is satisfying, it can be a stay when you go to Bukittinggi.
