Again the pullout couch bed was ripped with rusty Springs coming out the room smelled like mold. The other beds were comfy. There were some stains on the floor at first we had nice towels, but when we needed more towels they gave us very crappy worn out pool towels that in my opinion need to be thrown out like they’re rags pretty much, and there was no bedding for the pull out bed. You had to go get it yourself from the front desk as well as towels you had to go get yourself and they had to pour front desk lady folding towels herself if you come here and you want to stay here and get a regular room I’ve stayed in the regular rooms before and they’re nice. Don’t get a suite because , that couch bed they have with the springs coming out all Rusty you better make sure you’re up-to-date on your tetanus shot and the breakfast is always good at any Holiday Inn express

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was fine but felt a bit dated. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found on check in. Waited 20+ min before they showed up. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. The server was especially friendly.

Nice clean and quiet room and nicest of the hotels we stayed in during our 7 days in Florida. I especially like that the furniture in our room had a built in spot for a suitcase. Buffet was typical and the coffee bar was really nice with freshly ground coffee for each cup.

We enjoyed our stay in Ft Myers. Loved the King room at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

The room was cozy with just the right amount of furnishing. The air-conditioning was good, and it kept the room quite cool. I especially liked the upgraded features like the energy saving key card that shuts the power off when you are out of the room. I also like the soap dispensing features that cuts down on wastes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and all other amenities were so very close by. Shopping, the shuttle to the beach and so many others. The location was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Attendant at breakfast bar was fantastic. She enjoyed her job, kept everything really clean and was very helpful. When she was not stocking food stations she was zipping around cleaning. Everything we needed was in the room and was clean. The design does not appear luxurious but was great for our needs.

staff was very friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the entire building was excellent. The pool was very clean and so inviting. The breakfast was very good and contained a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this facility to others.
