We couldn't fault the place at all, everything was just perfect from the staff, cleanliness, food and drink

Not a 5 star! Customer Service very poor, food awful/not warm, soft and alcohol drinks are very cheap (the cocktails just look like squash). A la carte restaurant set menu no choice in a function room with a strange video playing on a large screen, food even worse. served on cracked plates. Lack of spoons. I was given a tiny wooden spoon. Drinks outside served in cracked plastic cups. Beach towels have holes in. Sun-beds are reserved with towels very early for the sea views and hardly used unfair for those who wish to use them all day. The hotel doesn’t enforce their own rules, people sat eating in restaurants wearing not appropriate beachwear. Lumpy pillows, bottom sheets don’t fit, two sheets used you could feel the edge under your body. Minibar (not cold), have to get ice from the hotel bars. No coffee machine, just a kettle. Soft drinks/toiletries not replenished you have to ask. No ironing board, iron, dressing gown or slippers. The hairdryer is awful very low power. Mould on shower ceiling. Sewage smell in bathroom. Spa very expensive and treatments are not even that good or as long as advertised beauticians not professional at all. Felt robbed. The only positive hotel kept very clean at all times and the view of the sunset and sea. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a maybe a 3 star hotel it’s just views of the sea which are 5 star. Stayed for wedding anniversary see the cake in the room when we arrived…

Lovely hotel right in the seafront. But they had real problems with WiFi and electrics while we were there. The staff were all amazing but that end of Taghazout was rather run down

Nice for couple of day vacation, very limited facilities around the hotel.

Nice and modern all inclusive holiday resort. Very clean and close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at this all inclusive resort. It’s truly all inclusive with a variety of foods throughout the day. Delicious drinks and desserts. The views are spectacular and hotel is extremely clean and properly maintained. Easy and quick check in with Shaba and Yasine. All their staff are super kind and helpful. Waiters are super fun and entertaining especially during music/dance nights. Chef Hisham pleased us with his culinary expertise of moroccan dishes. Ali was very attentive and always made sure to serve his moroccan tea. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough. The hotel staff take pride in their work and their positive attitude made our stay very special and welcoming.

Visited the Hotel over the Christmas period, the Hotel itself was clean, with staff constantly cleaning and making sure that nothing was missed. The Food options were great and the quality of service and attention from the team was brilliant. The Hotel entertainment and entertainment staff were amazing too making it very inclusive and welcoming. The facilities were just what I hoped for and the entertainment for the Christmas period was really well manged and to a very high standard, the Hotel and the team hosted the guests with a very well thought out entertainment and dinning experience. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and would happily stay here again.

We spent great time at white beach resort … every minute was a 5 star quality. All the staff is super friendly helpful and lovely . the bar boys are amazing , chatty, smiley and very happy people … positive vibes are everywhere …. They listen and enjoy sharing great moments with customers and have great chat too .. speedy and don’t make you wait 👍… The animation team are great full of energy and positive vibes … we had great time with them arranging events , town walks, cooking demonstrations , quizzes and dance … absolutely lovely young people. The food was delicious on every single day , high quality delicious cuisines and many varieties… never get bored … thanks to Chef Tariq Radi the hotel chef and his team for delivering an absolutely delicious meals.

Excellent staff made this break fantastic. Great value for money with very good food options.

I recommend this beautiful place for a special get away

The hotel looks nice, however, the food and drinks are terrible. Same recycled boring food. Meats just about cooked. The tagine was the only good food i had. The drinks were severely watered down. Evening entertainment was erm, rubbish. Still looking for the ultra all inclusive…..

The pool area was lovely, loads of space and plenty of pool areas. . Staff were great, always happy and nothing too much problem. The breakfasts and lunch were ok but the evening meal was very hit n miss. the sun beds were very uncomfortable, you were either flat out or on a very shallow recline. The biggest bug bear was the incredibly loud music and shouting from the entertainment staff at various points throughout the day. Not conducive to having a relaxing time.

Clean, friendly staff, good food.

Hotel settings, staff friendliness and cleanliness is very good. Direct access to beach. Pool settings good, but water too cold. Food decent enough with 3 restaurants. Free alcohol quality is very poor so ultra inclusive is mis-selling in my view.

This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

First time visiting the hotel and the country was a very short trip for us but we highly recommend its a 10/10 hotel and 10/10 service the food was also 10/10 staff was lovley outside the hotel cant say much as we didint have enought time to go out but there is a nice walking area by the beach it was wonderfull

I have just come back from a 7 night stay here and it was such a great experience. The staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and make you feel as if you have known them for years! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a cold fresh juice drink and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be ready! The entertainment was great everyday you have something to do and it was so much fun! I looked forward to the entertainment every night! The food was also good, I am a bit of a picky eater so struggled a bit as there was not many English options but there were many options that you can choose from and the food is on a good quality! The rooms are nice and spacious, the only recommendation is that I wish they had larger bath towels and better toilet tissue but I enjoyed my stay in the rooms the beds were comfortable and it was so quiet at night time so I had a great nights sleep every night. The hotel have travel desks within where you can book experiences and excursions Nouri who sits at the desk is such a lovely man! He really looked after us during our stay and we books all of our trips out with him. He also has a lot of information on the culture and how to get around which is so helpful. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this place it was such a great time away and I will be returning!

Fab resort and fab staff

This resort is amazing. It’s so very clean. Staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is ok, my family has a few fussy eaters who stuck to the Italian restaurant most nights. Cocktails are plentiful and they will make whatever you want at the bar if you ask, although they did give us heart burn after too many!! Only downside was our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We reported it at least 3 times but it was never fixed. My sons room next door was like an ice box. Luckily it wasn’t super hot at night so the ceiling fan did the job. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful!
