Traveled for our honeymoon from Niagara Falls NY to Nashville TN. Firat time using the Sonder app and it made everything easy and communication qucik. Everything was explained and easy to follow. The room was clean and modern. The bed was super comfy.

Very modern and comfortable. A few negatives, tub was slow to drain. TV app profiles should be wiped clean before the next guest arrives, a Marriott standard we became used to.

The property was excellent except for the shower. There was no shelving to put any toiletries or anything. Also a towel had to be put down to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor.

Room was gross with stains all over carpet (some appeared fresh) and another on the wall. But no other rooms available to switch to. They asked for pictures (the ones i sent them are attached here), and were supposed to come clean it for three straight days. They would say they're going to, but then we get back every evening to find they did nothing. Each day I'd contact to say nobody showed and they'd tell me "tomorrow". I finally gave up when we only had one day left and said don't bother. They wouldn't even give a partial refund. Gave me $100 credit on a future stay. No thanks.

The apartment was nice, well kept and all in working order. The entry door was temperamental and a bit frustrating at times, someone let themselves in one day while we were in there and we don't know who... Bed was comfy but the sheets were really crispy and noisy. Poor sound insulation between floors so we could hear every step the person upstairs took. Little balcony was nice but the main one was having work done so was closed. There were painting works going on in the block so constantly moving wet paint signs and the smell with it. The carpet in the bedroom was wet on arrival and just about dried out by our checkout time 4 days later. Good amenities (fridge/freezer/dishwasher/washer/dryer) but we didn't use any. Great location for brunch plus walking/buses into town. Bit annoying that there was no one to talk to at the property as we needed support with parking on arrival and there was no way to get help. Overall the property was ok, fine for what we needed it for.

Once inside the condo it was great other than no tv in the bedroom or hair dryer in the bathroom. Condo was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative I have is the location of the building, the parking and the entrance to the building was a challenge to find

This is my 3th Stay with Sonder in 2 different locations. This place is amazing. Both locations are in walking distance from Vanderbilt Medical Center. Always clean, always is good repair, always comfortable. The checking, checking out and parking instructions are simple to follow. This is where I will stay for all of my trips to Nashville. I couldnt be more pleased!

Fire alarms went off to many times and interrupted my sleep and upon arrival the elevators weren’t working if so I had to climb 7 flights of stairs.

It is with great disappointment I am writing this review. Sonder Belcourt would be a great place to stay due to it location and local environment. But the customer sevice is dishonest and reneging. We arrived at the property with two children, walking into the room smelling weed. The were stains on the bedroom carpet. Right away I contacted customer service. They said there was no room available in the building and asked us to go to another location. We just drove long hours and was very tired, we said no. Then I asked for a discount to cover the parking in the building for the 3 days, they agreed, but put the credit towards next stay. Then I called them stating the credit for next stay is not meaningful since we don't know when we will stay with them again. The guy on the phone then agreed to refund me, but it takes 10-14 days to process. I agreed and said thank you! Now, it is almost a month later, I still have not received a refund or any communication. I don't know why intergrity is not important at all to a global company. Without customer faith and trust, no business will thrive.

Everything was great. I had to take my wife to Vanderbilt for some test and it was the easiest check in I have ever had. The place was nice and clean and the best was very comfortable. I wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the balcony, but that’s Mother Nature! It was nice to have everything nice and easy when you are there for a stressful reason,
