The apartment is nice, but the service takes a bit of time, +1 hour, you have to call several times before you are given access to the deposit, you don't take it to your room, you wash the eating utensils again to make sure they are clean, like there's something sticky like soy sauce residue.

(-) The staff is not always on standby at the location so you need to confirm first, to check in you have to wait for the staff to come (please understand this is not a hotel). It's a bit complicated because you have to confirm again in the next application. (+) Had a complaint because of the above, but I'm sorry because cs are both responsive and solution. Called several times including making sure that there are no more problems, good, thanks.
