All Excellent!

A very modern and pleasant stay within the structure of the Holiday Inn in Nova Vila da Gaia. Even though it looks on a map like a ways out from Porto, it is not a long ride – about a €5 ride-share, which is more than made up for by the much greater value you get staying here vs. a hotel in Porto proper. The only downside is that the beds were not especially comfortable.

Terrible experience at this hotel. Outdated property. No AC for first day, they repaired but no AC in bedrooms for all days. Outdated Kitchen, no utensils(spoons/folks/others). No coffee machine in the room. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Need to pay money a for coffee in the lobby and use of pool at the property.

Property was nice but wish I would have selected a property in Porto and not across the river.

Second time at this property. Friendly staff and good eating options. Lots of dining options nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Great cafes and supermarkets nearby within easy walking distance.

Apartment was nice but kitchen was poorly equiped missing some basics. The swimming pool was extra charge
