Large space compared to other hotels, clean and cold. Only thing is beds were kind of stiff and we had one spider.

Sound insulation needs improvement!

Group of four adults and a baby. There was more than enough space to accommodate the 2 week trip.

The rooms are tidy and clean. Facilities are adequate and convenient to use. Especially the drying function in the toilet, it’s amazing. However, the kitchen utensils like frying pan has scratches, may need regular replacement.

Beautiful full apartment with all the amenities. I would have loved to stay here for a week. It comfortably slept all six in our family. Great location close to Haneda Airport, which is what we needed. The only problem we had was the automated check-in system. The tablet submitted our check-in as a check-out and I needed to use the video chat and then an email to register. The same problem happened when we tried to check out. We also never got the email with our check-in information ahead of time and had to contact the property through Expedia to have them re-send it. Overall though, we were thrilled with this place and would definitely stay here again if we had a rental car. I think it would be rather inconvenient and out of the way without a car.

Good for families with kids and paking is great.

Very close to the Mitsui outlet which was very good. If you are driving a car like we did then it should be fine. Very windy area.

The place itself was beautiful and furnished with the nicest name-brand items. Our first few nights were wonderful. However, the last night there we quickly found out that the walls are not soundproof at all. Our 3-year-old got fussy and started crying. We got a call from the management that our neighbor complained we were too loud. This was at 8:30 to 9:00 PM, hardly late. We apologized and tried our best to quiet our child and put the children to bed right away. But during that night at about 1:30 until 6:00 AM the neighbors next door had a LOUD party. They were blasting music (I could even hear well enough to know the genre), laughing, and talking very loudly, and we couldn't sleep. It was horrible, especially since they were probably the ones who complained about us earlier in the day. Then, we had to drive home trying our best not to fall asleep. All that to say, don't expect a quiet stay. The walls are very thin. The people in the unit next to you CAN hear your conversations (I could hear what the people next to us were saying). Don't play music on the overhead bluetooth speaker in the middle of the night, especially not Rock/Techno music. Your next-door neighbors will not be happy.

アウトレットが近くて良かった

子連れの友達同士で宿泊しました。 広々としていて7人でも十分な広さで快適に過ごせました！ 冷蔵庫も大きく、キッチンが付いていたのも有り難かったです。 ただ私たちの部屋の駐車スペースだけ狭すぎました。

チェックインが面倒くさいのと、騒音対策が過敏すぎる以外は、とてもいい宿。 普段通りの生活ができるのがよい。部屋も仕切られていて友人との宿泊でもプライバシーが確保できるのも◎。

Clean and tidy statehouse

位置其實很不錯，雖不近巿區，但勝在旁邊便是OUTLET，徒步數分鐘有三間不同的便利店。很適合自駕一家大細或幾個老友居住，只是需留意垃坂分類及夜晚不能發出太大聲響，以香港人標準應該需要很節制才行。

寝室のエアコンを入れたら、ほこりっぽい風が出てきた。 長く掃除をしてないように感じました。 それほど寒くなかったので、エアコンを使わずにすごしました。

近くにアウトレット、大型スーパー、100円ショップ、コンビニなど揃っていて、高速道路も近いのでアクセスにとても便利でした。チェックイン・アウトが非接触だったので気楽だし、質問にもすぐ対応してもらえて助かりました。清掃も行き届いていて清潔で気持ちよかったです。収納スペースがあまりなかったので、荷物が床に直接だったり置き場所に少し悩みました。シンクがコンパクトなので、簡易な料理に向いています。定員数の7名で泊まり、7人目の寝る場所には少し戸惑いましたが、リビングを活用しました。 他の方のコメントにもありましたが、周りの部屋の音については少し気にかかりました。宿泊前半は静かで快適でしたが、宿泊後半では他の方が2階に泊まったようで子供の走る足音や機械音の振動があったり、逆に我が家の子供の音が迷惑になってないか気にしたり…。コメントで把握していたので覚悟の上でしたから不満ということはないですが、強いてあげるなら音問題はあります。 それでも全体的にとっても楽しい旅行でした！

とてもきれいでゆっくり過ごせました。駐車場所が狭いのだけ気になりました。

環境非常好住宿, 如開車的話位置亦很方便, 只是比較難找, 因為不在主路旁. 同時check in/out程序比較複雜
