The service was great amazing food

Very quiet place

Great for families with small children. Top notch food. It was cold during our stay so the lovely pools and the beach was not an option. The location is far from the action and the property has limited activities.

The Hotel Riu in Dubai was fantastic. Booked for a week all inclusive for some winter sun, and the resort was great, as were the staff.

The staffs are really nice, the food was good. What I didn’t like it that you can’t walk with you drink and explore you have to sit and drink whatever your drinking the throw me off a lot. The housekeepers didn’t change my sheets after the previous persons check out and it was obvious because you could see the person’s hair on the bed and the sheet was a bit dirty. They don’t give you no shower cloth, soap to wash your face or toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the face sink was clog up. And lastly the mini bar in the room there was only kids juice and soft juice in there I thought the mini bar beer etc would be provided also I told them I was celebrating my birthday I they didn’t do a little nothing to let me feel appreciated

The hotel and its staff were fantastic. The food in all restaurants was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive. Bar staff were friendly and the reception staff were very helpful. We will recommend to our friends and definitely return.

Beautiful hotel we got the all-inclusive package. The food was delicious and they had three specialty restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely family oriented resort

Nice property but not much to do in the area have to travel out for everything. Need more entertainment at the property at night

Felt extremely safe

It’s super clean. Staff is extra nice. Room (we were in a suite) was huge. The only thing there is no plug in the bathroom so you have to style and dry hair in the living room. Also there is no storage area around the sink. These were minor to me and overall they get 5/5 because they were spectacular in ever aspect cleanliness, safety, accommodation oh and their activity team especially Sule absolutely awesome 😀

This was a great resort for my fiancé and I. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning with so many options ! The view was amazing ! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting Dubai ! Very nice Accommodations, super clean.

The food was a 5/10. It’s no room service for it to be an all inclusive resort . I had to wait hours for wash cloths to shower after a long flight. I had an amazing time in Dubai but wish I stayed somewhere that’s closer to everything .

The hotel is very strict with where you can drink alcohol so this isn’t ideal for someone that wants to take a drink to your room or the lobby as it’s not allowed. All restaurants are buffets and it’s hard to get a reservation at the dinner restaurants. You can only book two days in advance and they fill up quickly. It’s quite disturbing though to see so many open tables in the dinner restaurants when they claim they are full.

When we first arrived, the room did have a weird smell (of chemicals from cleaning possibly), but the staff did everything they could to solve the issue, including extra cleaning and offer us a different room.

Properly is awesome, front desk staff gave mixed answers, wanted a car seat for child and was told its first come will get it, when i was ready for it i was told its only for taxis to use and cant have it.. and ahead of booking we messaged and they said if needed they will accommodate... so not sure why all the different answers but wasnt happy about that
