The location of the homestay is easy to find, close to the station and Malioboro. The environment is safe and can accommodate buses/cars, plus lots of street lighting. Breakfast is available & there is a laundry service (paid) attached right next to the homestay. There are 2 minimarkets, and noodles near the homestay. The homestay atmosphere is safe for women (group/single trip), because many families stay here. On the other hand, the staff are also responsive when asked for help. For homestay visitors who are actively walking around and returning home at 11 pm to the homestay, it is also safe, greeted by the homestay staff nicely. Just a few notes from me, the bathroom floor is a bit slippery, there are spots on the floor that are stained with dust still near the bed, and in the drawer near the glass it is better not to place decorations that are dusty/unused. And don't forget, from the hotel it would be nice to ask for impressions/messages/criticisms/comments from visitors every time they check out. Because by asking for suggestions/criticisms/comments, it shows the management's commitment to improvement/enthusiasm for visits & also as a form of appreciation from visitors to the management. Thanks.
