Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en Nana Vida Morelia May 20-29 '2025 y ah sido la mejor expencia de nuestras vidas.. El personal son exelente y muy amigables. Dulce y Luz nos registraron al llegar con una sonrisa que podria levantar muertos y una amabilidad estupenda.. Durante nuestra estadia conocimos a Mariana, Monze, Ema y Lupita todas son exelente en su trabajo siempre con una sonrisa hermosa .. tambien tubimos la fortuna de conocer el Gerente Osuan un ejemplo de persona... Quiero darles las gracias a todos por aser nuestra estadia en su bellisimo hotel toda una harmonia de tranquilidad y felicidad. Aunque el hotel esta tan cerca del centro nunca escuchamos ruido de afuera y el personal siempre tan al pendiente de no ser ruido en las mananas... Me faltan palabras para expresarme de lo hermoso que pasamos en Nana Vida.. Ese jaboncito artesanal que nos dieron al llegar fue como la cherry encima del pastel... un detalle muy especial... Quiero darles las gracias por ser tan genuinamente atentas todas y tambien Osuan... Este mensaje es para Osuan... tienes un equipo que vale oro, se ve que eres un excelente jefe!! Amazing hospitality & friendly service by all staff in this charming, quaint boutique hotel located right in Centro. Location can’t be beat as the main plaza and cathedral is just literally a minute walk away. Rooms and common spaces are beautiful, clean, and quiet. Also loved the complimentary drinks and gifts. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent service, we got water every day, breakfast was great, close to downtown within walking distance. We felt safe the entire time we were there.

Además de ser una propiedad tan hermosa, conveniente y con una ubicación perfecta, el personal fue increíblemente servicial y amable, desde antes de la llegada hasta mucho después de la salida. Me he alojado en esta propiedad tres veces y recientemente celebré una boda cerca, donde les dije a todos mis invitados que se quedaran aquí si podían.

The girls that greeted us were always nice and helpful. They offered water and that was a very nice gesture. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful! Hotel is beautiful and clean, and room was well stocked. Location is ideal, just a block away from main square and several churches.

Excellent location, a block away from plaza de armas. The rooms are exactly as the pictures show, and I loved the fact they have white noise machines in the rooms. Upon check in, you are gifted an artisanal soap, and they have different scents to choose from. Every time, we came back from our walks, staff are ready to greet you and offer you a drink. When we checked out, females were gifted a oaxacan blouse and the men were given artisanal coffee. Excellent experience, they appreciate and pamper customers.

Great location on a quiet street only one block from Plaza de Armas. The staff of the hotel are EXTRA friendly and helpful. Spacious, clean, comfortable room, but could use a bit more seating.
